The Plaza at Punchbowl is a $15,000,000 multi-story residential development includes 94,000 square feet. of space in a 7-story post-tensioned concrete structure with one level of below grade parking. This HUD financed project required extensive value engineering to bring the project in on budget.

Specialized Knowledge
The final design was a concrete post-tensioned flat plate utilizing shear studs in lieu of drop panels to reduce formwork costs.
